Inspired by the timeless and evocative poem by Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer, "Volverán las oscuras golondrinas” is a fantasy for solo piano that weaves a musical tapestry of nostalgia, yearning, and the transient nature of love and life. Through a constant interplay between dissonance and consonance, chaos and tranquility, I invite the listener on a journey of emotional exploration by painting a vivid sonic landscape that mirrors the poignant beauty of Bécquer's words.

Bassoon, Piano, Percussion is inspired by the hazed state brought by deep listening. It is a joyous celebration of sound and silence. Sounds exist in isolation, repeating enough to grasp every color. Ideas mix, combining with each other and producing new ideas. Silence lays over the noise like a blanket on a winter morning. A juxtaposition between movement and stillness. In a way, it is a piece of silence interrupted by the beauty of sound.
